ABSTRACT
The article considers the features of production development in the conditions of the sixth technological order and the related needs in changing the level of education and training of human resources. Particular attention is paid to the training of management personnel, which will determine the efficiency and effectiveness of new production structures. It emphasizes the need to reassess the profile of the competencies of management specialists. In the mandatory managerial skill set one should assign skills that deal with as maintenance and development business systems. This is connected with organizational dynamics, management of complex systems, innovation projects and programs management, total quality management, knowledge management, transformational leadership. It is necessary to widen the range of applied management tools that foster innovative process technologies implementation and help building of “up-to-date innovative learning-lean-customer-oriented organizational system”. In particular, “lean and green” technology skills oriented towards practical implementation of the principles of process management and sustainable development at the micro level are considered as a trend in modern management.
