Аннотация:The monograph develops a theoretical framework to construct the logical model of Human Resources Management integrated into overall operations of company management. The author develops the hypothesis that superior firm performance is stronger in companies where institutional and normative HRM settings support them. Seven core HRM subsystems are identified and examined: labor design; attraction, recruitment and selection of labor forces; personnel and organizational development; performance and competence management; employees’ motivation and remuneration; labor relations; organizational behavior.
