Аннотация:
In this study, particularly, we tried to find atomic relationships between the GaN epicrystal and the (001) neodymium heptatantalate substrate and to concider a theoretical crystallographic growth model of GaN on the NdTa7O19 (NHT) substrate. It was shown that (001) GaN plane is similar to the (001) plane of NHT containing trigonal antiprisms populated with atoms Nd and Ta in proportion 1:1.
