Аннотация доклада:
The properties of erythrocytes to spontaneously aggregate and disaggregate in shear flow were assessed by diffuse light scattering techniques. Also, blood viscosity was measured using rheometry. The experiments were conducted at various hematocrits, temperatures and concentrations of proaggregant macromolecules. Synergistic effects of these values on erythrocyte aggregation are discussed. This work was supported by the RFBR grant № 17-02-01200-а.
