Аннотация доклада:
The research is intended to expand the application of thermal infrared images for geography research and mapping. It is based on the use of multitemporal images in the thermal spectral range (band 6) acquired by Landsat Thematic Mapper and Enhanced Thematic Mapper. It is suggested that the set of thermal images acquired at different seasons of a year is the informative instrument for revealing properties of thermal landscape objects and mapping them.
