- Аннотация: The phrases "Legal English" and "English for law students are often used synonymously. However, as with other synonyms, their meanings do not completely overlap. What is more important, these “languages” imply different approaches on part of the teacher. This dichotomy of ESP teaching should be viewed as a basis of any ESP syllabus. The proportion between the two “languages’ depends on both the needs of the audience and the teacher's skills.
