Аннотация:At last time many researches are carrying out to reach high concentrations of oxygen in the
lower singlet state O2 (a1∆ g) under the discharge conditions with yields Y=[O2 (a1∆ g)]/([O2
(a1∆ g)]+[O2 (X3Σg-)]) exceeding 15% for designing electro-discharge oxygen-iodine laser
(OIL), see for example review article [Napartovich, 2001]. The researches have
demonstrated that the problem on mechanisms of effective O2 (a1∆ g) pumping in discharge
is rather complicated and requires the further detail researches...
