Аннотация:The hydration of diatomic phenols under atmosphere pressure and at the range of temperatures from 20 to 50 °C was studied. High dispersed rhodium stabilized by polyacrylic acid was used as a catalyzer. The conversion of all isomer phenols in the course of hydration was as high as 100%. As a result of the study of kinetics of pyrocatechin hydration it was shown that the reaction proceeded with substrate inhibition.
