Аннотация: New biologically active hybrid material, based on collagen-chitosan scaffold, modified conjugates of silver nanoparticles and dihydroquercetin have been obtained. The synthesis of nanoparticles was carried out by an environmentally acceptable method of metal-vapor synthesis. The presence of two Ag0 states surrounded by various nonconducting shells and one Ag+ state has been established. The resulting systems are active against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and the fungus Candida albicans.
